6 Months of On-the-Job Training

Typically, new Empire faculty members begin their journey as proctors, embarking on a comprehensive 6-month training program. This on-the-job training is a pivotal component in obtaining certification in aesthetic medical procedures. During this phase, physicians or nurses are required to showcase their proficiency in both the theoretical and practical aspects of aesthetic medicine. This involves conducting treatments under the guidance and supervision of experienced and board-certified medical professionals.

This rigorous training ensures that proctors master a wide range of skills, including various injection techniques, the application of RF technology, laser treatments, skin care regimens, and other essential procedures in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Continue Your Path as an Empire Lead Instructor

2 Years Educating Physicians

After successfully completing two years of on-the-job training, individuals have the opportunity to advance to the role of lead instructor within Empire Medical Training. To become a Lead Instructor as part of the Certified Faculty Instructor Program, physicians must excel in two years of on-the-job training, focusing on performing advanced aesthetic procedures. Throughout this period, physicians are expected to demonstrate their advanced competency and technical proficiency in all facets of aesthetic medicine, including injection techniques, RF technology applications, laser treatments, skin care regimens, and other pertinent procedures.

Upon successfully completing this training period and receiving a satisfactory evaluation from their supervisor, physicians can attain the prestigious title of Lead Instructor, joining the esteemed ranks of their peers in the field of medical aesthetics.
